The Commons is a sub-association of the Conway Farms Homeowners Association. It operates under its own Board of Directors, Declaration and By-Laws, and Architectural Design and Landscape Guidelines. The Commons Association is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and preservation of the exterior of its 56 townhomes, as well as the surrounding common areas, which span five cul-de-sacs. All proposed modifications to Commons property must be submitted to the Commons Board of Directors for review and approval.

COURTS AT CONWAY FARMS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION is a sub-Association of the Conway Farms Homeowners Association.  The neighborhood of fifty (50) single-family homes is governed by a Board of Directors, Declaration and By-Laws, and Architectural Design and Landscape Guidelines.  Homeowners are responsible for maintenance, repair and preservation of their homes, including exterior, roofs, driveways and walkways.  Common areas and certain services are maintained by the Courts Association and its Board of Directors.

Modifications to the home exterior, or replacement or modification of individual home landscaping, are not permitted without the review and approval of the Courts at Conway Board.

GREENWAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION is a sub-Association of the Conway Farms Homeowners Association.  Greenway is governed by a Board of Directors, Declaration and By-Laws, and Architectural Design and Landscape Guidelines.  The Greenway Association is responsible for maintenance, repair and preservation of the exterior of the twenty-six (26) townhomes, and the common areas surrounding it.  All modifications to the Greenway property, including structures and landscaping should be presented to the Greenway Board of Directors for review and approval.
